Construction: panoramic display, doors (2 sides) and side panels in plexiglass.
Stainless steel frame, adjustable feet.
Flexibility: allows temperature maintenance (60°C) without drying out, thanks to an integrated humidification system.
Heating: by « incoloy » stainless steel sheathed elements, regulation by thermostat from 30° to 60°.
Display: GN 1/1 tray height 25 mm.
