Deep-drawn top lid, hinges with stainless steel ‘torsion spring’ for gradual opening and closing, with ergonomic stainless steel front handle.
Tilting tank made of AISI 304 stainless steel (13 mm thick) with high thermal conductivity (certified for use with food-grade in compliance with European regulation CE n.1935/2004), with rounded corners for easy, hygienic maintenance.
Electric heating by means of armoured stainless steel heating elements positioned underneath the tank (even cooking over the entire surface of the tank). Thermostat control from 75°C to 300°C, with front access for easy maintenance.
Safety device for interrupting operation while the tank is being raised as standard. A water tap for filling the tank is fitted to the top, and opens via a valve on the front of the appliance.
