Made of AISI 304 stainless steel, deep-drawn « top » (20/10 mm), levelling cylinders, waterproof « IPX5 ».
Inclined cooking plate with high thermal conductivity, welded peripheral edge for perfect waterproofing. Drawer for collecting cooking juice (3 litres).
Electric heating by stainless steel resistors, placed under the plate.
Appliances built in compliance with current standards (CE)
