Peripheral groove with cut-out for grease removal, collection drawer at the front for easy cleaning.
Electric resistance heating, milled plate over the entire surface to house the heating elements, high efficiency and optimum heat distribution, regulated by switches (from 50°C to 250°C).
Removable chimney for easy maintenance.
Appliance insulated with 10mm ‘aluman’ plates.
Stainless steel construction.
Appliances compliant with current CE standards.
Fitted with safety thermostat.
