Gas heating by multi-gas burners, the flame is more uniform

thanks to specific refractory system, placed on the upper side of the rotisserie and underneath the burner.

Flame regulation by a gas valve, piezoelectric switch on, fitted with a thermoelectric sensor.
Stainless steel planetary discs; traction by gears system, « auto-lubricant ».
Removable central split, for big pieces as lamb, sheep, pork (kits are envisaged), diam. +/- 400-500 mm.
Adjustable front security glass door: sliding to the inside, spring system, fitted with 2 thermal handles, fold-down for an easy cleaning.
Back part also closed with a security glass door, field of vision on the 2 parts.
Interior lighting.
Removable collection tank for juices.
Designed in stainless steel.
Adjustable feet.
