Description

15 spits (usable length: 900 mm) available, each for 6 poultries (1.25 kg).
Double spindle row.
On wheels version (Ø 100mm).
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Capacity of 6 poultries per spit. All spits are supplied as standard with 2 end spikes and 4 intermediate spikes, fitted with athermic handles.
Gas heating: by ceramic radiants, fitted with a safety thermocouple, removable heat deflectors.
Independent control of each spit.
All our models are fitted on the front with ‘safety’ glass, magnetic closure and athermic handles.
Halogen lighting.
Removable grease collection tray (even with windows closed), large capacity.
Appliances built in compliance with current CE standards.
