Description

Capacity 3x GN 1/1 height 150 mm.
Construction: entirely in stainless steel, curved safety glass, sliding polycarbonate doors on the operator side.
Flexibility: halogen lamp at the top, combined with the bain-marie, ensures food is kept at the right temperature, in compliance with all hygiene standards.
« Drop in »: stainless steel frame that can be recessed thanks to its edge.
Container capacity: 2x GN 1/1 or 3x GN 1/1, max. height 150 mm (delivered without tray).
Electrical heating: heating by armoured ‘incoloy’ treated stainless steel resistors, placed under the bowl, thermostatic regulation from 0 to 90°C.
