Description

Heating surface: 492x412mm.
Stainless steel plate (AISI 420), 16mm thick.
Peripheral groove with cut-out for grease removal, collection drawer at the front for easy cleaning.
Electric resistance heating, covering the entire surface, even heat distribution, regulated by switches (from 50°C to 250°C).
Appliance insulated with 10mm ‘aluman’ plates.
These versions are also suitable for flush-mounting (at the customer’s request).
Stainless steel construction.
Removable 3-sided grease guard included.
Appliances compliant with current CE standards.
Fitted with safety thermostat.
