Vertical evaporator, in AISI 304 stainless steel, R404a refrigerant, vertical mixing system « exclusive patent » guaranteeing perfect homogeneity (without foam formation!).
Fully removable, making daily maintenance easier.
Temperature adjustment via its lateral electronic display (protected by a flap).
Positioning of the temperature sensor outside the tank to protect it from contamination or damage.
