Description

3 spits (usable length: 900 mm) available, each for 6 poultries (1.25 kg).
Free-standing version (cabinet on request).
Made of AISI 304 stainless steel.
Capacity of 6 poultries per spit. All spits are supplied as standard with 2 end spikes and 4 intermediate spikes, fitted with athermic handles.
Electric heating: by ‘vitroceramic’ hearths, source of uniform heat.
Independent control of each spit.
All our models are fitted on the front with ‘safety’ glass, magnetic closure and heat-retaining handles.
Halogen lighting.
Removable grease collection tray (even with windows closed), very large capacity.
Appliances built in compliance with current CE standards.
