Description

Made in stainless steel AISI 304, adjustable stainless steel feet.
Deep-drawn and waterproof top (20/10 mm) in stainless steel AISI 304.
Chimney in the back in stainless steel AISI 304.
Oven enclosure and double-walled door (deep-drawn) made of stainless steel and equipped with thermal insulation, side guides on 3 levels. Door on spring hinges, stainless steel handle.
Square plates in cast iron, 300×300 mm, with stainless steel sealing edge, safety device in case of overheating. 
Heating power regulated by a 7-position switch, with easy access from the front for maintenance.
Electric oven, heating by stainless steel resistors, 3 placed in the vault and 3 under the floor of the oven. ON/OFF switch. Regulation of the oven temperature from 125°C to 300°C, by thermostat. Grill with independent regulation, equipped with safety thermostat, provided with 1 grid.
