Description

Ventilated motor with thermal protection.

Exterior chassis in « aluminum alloy ».
The body of the chopper and the inside out leadscrew are also manufactured in treated « aluminum alloy » for food and stainless steel, all the interior parts are easily dismantled allowing easy maintenance.
Upper bowl in stainless steel AISI 304.
Standard delivered with a 6 mm grid.
Grid and blade in stainless steel « auto-sharping ».
Ventilated motor, ideally designed for intensive use.
Wheel drive in oil bath.
Low voltage control 24V.
Delivered with a recovery container for minced meat in stainless steel AISI 304.
Aplliances are in compliance with standards (CE) in force.
