Description

Wok burners 2x Ø 290mm (21,44 kW) and 1x Ø 230mm (10,13 kW).
Deep-drawn cooking surface, lower drip trays.
Side drains, drip tray with removable filter fitted with cover and overflow plug.
1 control valve per burner (3/4’ gas connection).
Water curtain for top cooling including tap and storage shelf.
Manufactured in AISI 441 stainless steel, top in AISI 304 stainless steel (20/10 mm).
