Complete bottling line, a veritable small factory, capable of producing and bottling one to five pallets of fruit juices, nectars and drinks per day.

The line allows filling bottles of several volumes, for example: 1.0 litre, 0.5 litre, 0.20 litre, etc.

The line can be managed by three to four people, in order to fully exploit its capabilities.

The following operations are to be carried out, some of them simultaneously:
– Rinsing and drying of the bottles.
– Mixing of ingredients in the mixing tank, optimization of pH, acidity and sugar.
– Passage through the pasteurizer between 72°C and 90°C, depending on the requirements of the ingredients and the beverage production technology.
– Hot filling.
– Sealing of the bottles with pre-steamed caps.
– Labelling of the filled bottles.

There is also a production line designed for small batch production and sampling, the bottling of experimental beverages, fruit juices, nectars and drinks in small volume bottles: 200 ml – 350 ml.

This line is useful for creating, producing, developing, testing and improving new products. For manufacturing and presenting samples of new products to potential customers. With this installation and its 27-litre tank, it is possible to bottle in a single run, depending on requirements, between 10 and 100 bottles.
This part can be managed by a single person.
For larger quantities and higher production volumes, it is more cost-effective to use block n°2.

– Prior to purchase, the line is tested by the seller in the presence of the buyer.
– Dismantling of the line is carried out by the seller under the supervision of the buyer.
– Transport from the seller’s premises is organised and carried out by the means and at the expense of the buyer.
